Ciao!! This is my webpage to get feedback from you, Jack. I couldn't prepare the photo today because I'd spent whole three days fixing my camera. I felt really sorry for you. And also I couldn't fix my subject. I want to try everything!!! lol Basically I'll do "The decisive moment", but I'm also preparing the Photo essay of my friend whose hobby is rock-climbing(Hope I won't get myself killed).
First, I'll show you some of my previous works. Those pictures are too many for the class critic time, so I'll just post here. These pictures are also exist in the articles in this blog.
a. The decisive moment
I think this is my specialty. I do love to take pictures of beautiful flowers, animals or whatsoever. But I think photography has the power of capturing something people don't recognize, or something happens too quickly that people can't recognize the details of the situations. * A boy wearing red cap with red roses
This picture was taken at a Catholic cathedral during Confirmation mass. The matching color took my eyes and I just took the picture.
* Astray
This picture was taken at Myeongdong. A street stall merchant was selling some kind of battery-powered dolls that dancing with playing music. But when I saw that doll above, the doll seemed to be deviated from the road(upper block for the blind). The reason I was thinking that way is because I'd just broken up with my girlfriend few days before and I was wandering anywhere like a crazy man. To me, that doll was me myself.
* Modern Sisyphoses
This photo was taken in front of the Myeongdong Catholic Cathedral. The street stall merchants were pushing up the carts to their spot. As soon as I saw this scene I thought the Greek myth 'Sisyphos'. I should have taken the picture from the back of them. This picture is to 'nasty', but I put it here to tell you how I see things.
* Moment of fail
This photo was taken in 2009 in my major class competition in the Engineering building 301. The goal of this competition is that you place two golf balls at the specific positions(hall) on the rail precisely and also get across the rail as fast as you can. Because the robot is controlled manually and the cable is heavy, a member of each team should follow the robot with holding the cables. And I got the moment of robot just been deviated from the rail. I intended the slow shutter speed for panning shot. In front of me there were a lot of students so I couldn't use the tripod.
* You are not alone
This picture was also taken after my break up. I went to Namsan, and I saw a man of my age standing alone next to the street light. I had a feeling that the street light was saying "You are not alone" to the man. This picture is a kind of comfort to me.
* Oh, Jesus!
I took this picture at the Namdaemoon market. A protestant guy was carrying enormous pickets and the speaker above him was banging with sermons. I took this picture because the two laughing women in front of him was exactly how I felt for him.
* The Nataraja
This performance is the Jazz dance group "Morphine" in SNU. And one of those performers is my best friend. I took this photo for him. No cropping, only retouching.
I hope those pictures above can get you my photographic tendency(there are a lot of different styles though... I chose the best appropriate style(this is my personal opinion).
I've taken a lot of pictures since our first class, but as I said above, I coudn't choose one specific topic. This is my possible subjects : Things That You've Missed

Is it too vague? too diverse? I want to take pictures of situations in this campus that hardly no one will pay attention to.
